Delivery times provided are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or external factors beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

• Personalized and custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started

• Approved issues will be eligible for replacement only, subject to our policy terms
