As most of our products are custom-made and personalized, production will begin only after order confirmation. Processing and production times may vary depending on the product type, order volume, and customization requirements.

2. Production Time

Estimated production time:

• Personalized / custom-made items: 2–5 working days

• Non-personalized items (if applicable): 1–2 working days

Production timelines are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using our selected courier service.

Estimated delivery times:

• Within Malaysia: 1–3 working days

• International shipping (if available): 5–10 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or customs clearance.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

• Delivery location

• Package size and weight

• Selected courier service

All shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Please allow some time for tracking information to be updated by the courier.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete address details

• Unsuccessful delivery attempts

• Customer unavailability

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the package and item.

For lost parcels, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue with the courier. Resolution timelines may vary depending on the courier’s investigation process.

9. Failed or Returned Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, re-shipping fees may apply.

10. International Duties & Taxes (If Applicable)

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
