Return & Replacement Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. As most of our items are custom-made and personalized, please review our Return & Replacement Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item.
To help us process your request quickly, kindly email ohmypreen@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos (and/or videos, if requested) showing the damage or defect
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
2. Personalization & Spelling Errors
All personalized items are produced exactly as the details entered by the customer at checkout. Please carefully review names, text, and designs before confirming your order.
• If an error occurred during our production process, we will take full responsibility and assist with a replacement.
• If the personalization matches the details submitted at the time of order, we are unable to offer a return, refund, or replacement.
If you’re unsure, please contact us and we’ll be happy to review your order details with you.
3. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products:
• Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
• Refunds are not offered for approved personalized orders.
• Approved cases will be eligible for replacement only.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items approved by the customer before production
• Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, wear and tear, or improper care
5. Color, Design & Size Variations
Slight variations in color, size, or print placement may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and production processes. These minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations are only accepted before production begins.
Once an order has entered production, it becomes final, and no changes, cancellations, refunds, or returns can be made.
7. Shipping Damage
While we take great care in packing all orders, damage may occasionally occur during shipping. Any shipping-related damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you accordingly.
8. Proof & Verification
We reserve the right to request photo or video proof to assess reported issues. Replacement requests without sufficient proof may not be approved.
